I was diagnose close to borderline diabetic several years ago by my doctor due to family history. I didn’t want history to repeat itself, so I changed my lifestyle. The following year, my doctor told me I’m no longer close to borderline, which I just gotta keep maintaining my healthy lifestyle!!
